Terms & Assessment Disclosure

1. Acceptance

By using FounderDNA.ai (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Educational and reflective purpose

The Service is a short, reflective assessment. It is intended for personal insight and discussion. It is not a medical, mental-health, psychological, clinical, or intelligence assessment; it is not a diagnostic tool; and it is not professional advice of any kind.

3. What the FounderDNA Score is — and is not

• The Score summarizes patterns detected in your answers across the 16 FounderDNA dimensions.
• It is not a population percentile or ranking.
• It is not a diagnosis or measure of intelligence.
• It does not predict or guarantee any business, financial, career, or personal outcome.
• It is not a measure of your worth.

4. No reliance for high-stakes decisions

You agree not to rely on the Service, and not to permit others to rely on it, for hiring, firing, promotion, admissions, lending, insurance, investment, eligibility, medical, legal, or similar high-stakes decisions.

5. Modeled Legendary Mind connections

Legendary Mind matches are modeled comparisons based on public information. They are not verified by the referenced people or their estates and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, participation, endorsement, or identity equivalence. They do not predict that you will achieve comparable outcomes.

6. AI-generated content

Parts of your result are authored by AI models. AI-generated wording may be incomplete or inaccurate. Treat the narrative as a starting point for reflection, not as objective truth or professional advice. If a topic in your result affects your wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.

7. Your submissions

• You are responsible for what you submit.
• Do not submit passwords, government identifiers, financial account details, trade secrets, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.
• You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide.

8. Sharing and public links

Your result is private by default. When you choose to create a share link and publish it, anyone who receives the link can view the snapshot fields you selected. You are responsible for choosing what to publish. You may unpublish or revoke a share at any time. Third-party platforms may temporarily cache preview text or images after a link changes or is revoked.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the Service, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, evade rate limits or cost controls, misrepresent another person, or use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its content (excluding your submissions and your generated result) are owned by FounderDNA. You retain rights to the answers you submit; you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process them as needed to provide the Service.

11. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, FounderDNA disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FounderDNA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Marketplace creator payouts (foundation only)

Creator payout onboarding is available at launch only to eligible United States residents who are 18 or older, and only for USD payouts. By starting creator payout setup you confirm that you meet these conditions. Verification is handled by our payment provider Stripe under its own agreements. Completing verification does not entitle you to sales, earnings, payouts, or any minimum revenue. FounderDNA charges a 20 percent platform fee on Ask Pack sales when the marketplace opens for buyers. Paid marketplace sales are disabled at launch, and FounderDNA may pause, restrict, or reverse earnings for safety, fraud, tax, legal, or policy reasons at any time. FounderDNA does not act as your employer, tax advisor, or financial institution.

15. Marketplace question balances and Ask Packs

When you Ask a Personal AI while signed in, you receive five free questions per Personal AI. Free questions are reserved before the answer is generated and are considered consumed on submission, even if the reply is interrupted. Paid Ask Packs are not offered to buyers at launch. When paid Ask Packs become available they will be one time purchases denominated in whole questions, tracked separately from free questions, used only after free questions are exhausted, and valid for up to 12 months from purchase unless a shorter validity is shown at checkout. Paid questions are non transferable between Personal AIs and are non refundable once used. A refund may be requested within seven calendar days of purchase only when no paid question from that purchase has been used. Approved exceptions may include duplicate charge, fraud, system failure, permanent Personal AI removal, or a legal requirement. FounderDNA may pause or void balances for safety, fraud, tax, legal, or policy reasons.
